Yet another obituary to note: Singer Jane Morgan, known for hits like "Fascination" and was quite popular back in the 1950s, has died at the impressive age of 101.
She was also a friend of former president Bush I, as I recall.
Snip:
Jane was a pop culture sensation between the 1950s and 1960s. She became a nationwide star as she spoke and sang in five different languages. Jane was popular for her hit 1957 French song “Fascination,” featuring The Troubadors. That year, the song was included in the star-studded movie Love in the Afternoon, which featured Audrey Hepburn, Gary Cooper and Maurice Chevalier.
