Murdering mastermind Dana Ewell is trying to appeal his sentence over thirty years after he conned a friend of his to murder his family including father Dale Ewell, mother Glee, and sister Tiffany.  Of course, he is not going to succeed.

More failures of note are the Menendez brothers, Lyle and Erik, and their attempt to gain parole this past week.  The parole board wasn't buying their "abuse" claims.  No sane person would or should.


The hearings had a bit of a complication the other day.
