It is the end of the road for an infamous cheating athlete. He never should have been allowed to compete in the women's category in the first place.
Semenya should be stripped of all his medals and records, including the Olympic medals and records.
It was a disgrace to ever allow these men to compete in women's sports.
Now cheek swabs, which are not invasive, are being used to check for XX, and the cheats have nowhere to go. Despite a recent ruling that would have helped his case or not, Semenya KNEW he couldn't pass a chromosome test.
THAT is why he decided not to pursue his case further.
