Apparently Alan Keyes doesn't have anything better to do than grandstand again. Maybe he can run for the Illinois Senate again.

More Miscellaneous [Updated]

As of now, it looks like somebody has gone after Larry Sinclair again, this time with his new blog page saying "account suspended."

Now it says "This Domain (larrysinclair0926.com) Has Been Disabled."

Update 11:45 a.m. PST: His website is back up. I wonder what happened.

By the way, death certificates are public records. If Sinclair managed to get hold of the document in the first place, then it is clear the document is public record.

Update II: Sinclair reveals the name of the individual responsible for shutting down his blog earlier today.

Update III: All I can say about this audio recording is "wow."

8 USC 1409(c), Children Born Out of Wedlock:

(c) Notwithstanding the provision of subsection (a) of this section, a person born, after December 23, 1952, outside the United States and out of wedlock shall be held to have acquired at birth the nationality status of his mother, if the mother had the nationality of the United States at the time of such person’s birth, and if the mother had previously been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year.
