'But when Democrats say you need 60 votes votes?--which is what's required to end a filibuster--that's beyond fair play.'"

Gads. It's the old story of changing the rules whenever it suits these fascists. Gray shouldn't even be involved in peddling his little Federalist Society hack buddies but should be serving prison time for attempting a coup.
