From American Bankruptcy Institute
It reported that the proposed Credit Card Bailout Act aka the Bankruptcy Reform Act, will be taken up by Congress next month. We shall see. Considering how little this Congress has done, I ain't betting the farm the bill will become law.
I hope that Charles Schumer or somebody else finds a way to kill the bill once again.
