Newt Gingrich
STILL can't keep his trap shut. The Globe reports that Newt, still smarting from his rather embarrassing antics of a few days ago WRT Colin Powell and the State Department, likened Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage to a "squid blowing out ink to hide from his predators."
The guy clearly has a monstrous ego that is difficult for Republicans to squeeze back into the bottle. He likely has further pissed off the administration and decreased his chances of a comeback even more.
