industry will have to again start pushing the fake bankruptcy "reform" legislation: It appears more people in this country are late in making their credit card payments.

Small wonder. When having to choose among car payments, health care, housing, food, clothing, child support, and other necessities, credit cards are way down the list. Thus companies have to write off more and more of these nonpayments as losses.
