It Isn't Just
California's schools or Oregon's schools where many if not most schools come up "short" according to the fraudulent "No Child Left Behind Act," but also comparatively "wealthy" states like Connecticut have many schools coming up short as well.
It ain't just the so-called "at-risk" schools that are having trouble meeting the artificial standards but also "better" schools, too.
