John Kerry
is slowly, very slowly coming out with proposals. He is coming out for partial repeal of the Bush tax cuts, mostly for people making over $200,000 a year.
Kerry criticized those candidates (Dean and Gephardt) who want to repeal the complete tax cut. He believes tax cuts for people who need them are still necessary.
