Perhaps It is
a bit grotesque to say this, but it appears Bush, S., and other publicity hounds had a forerunner in Idi Amin.
Replace "Uganda" with "United States" and this sentence sums up our dictator perfectly:
"The harsh truth for Uganda, of course, was that this little kid was deciding the fate of his country, without any checks or opposition..."
The documentary about Amin has been out on DVD for over a year.
