by convenience or fear of election day rigging, voters are increasingly turning to absentee voting.

I found it interesting that in a study of Oregon's voting by mail, the researchers found it makes people more likely to remember the odd election rather than getting more unregistered voters to register.

I am considering filing absentee this year also.
