Marcotte and McEwan's situation is a cautionary tale for "left" bloggers who want to be taken seriously by those on the "outside."

I saw--or rather heard--Marcotte in an interview today on MSNBC. I was still battling constipation and was sitting on the toilet, so I had to listen to the interview rather than watch it. It was a bunch of self-serving nonsense. Marcotte will never take responsibility for her actions.

In the end and at the end, I finally had a bowel movement--but it was a couple of hours after the interview, when the Dulcolax finally kicked in.

That was the most painful constipation I have ever experienced. I will have to lay off of the ham-and-cheese quiche--at least for a long time.

I have no plans to work for the Edwards campaign as a paid staffer.
