Because there was no spin good enough to get around the fact Hillary Clinton did poorly on Tuesday night's debate, her backers are trying to undo the damage.
Unfortunately, it is going to get worse for her as the caucuses and primaries get closer. She hasn't done that well in recent debates; I believe the rigors of campaigning have taken their toll.
Anyway, I have made it very clear this election is too important to nominate someone who many, many voters will not vote for, no matter who the GOP opponent is.
