The "friend" gives her reasons why Edwards is the daddy, and it is laughable:
O'Brien also thinks Edwards is the father of Hunter's child. "I don't see any other explanation," O'Brien told Rodriguez. "She would not have a child with someone that she didn't love, and she loves him."
Sure Rielle does, sure.
Besides, what the hell kind of name is "Pigeon O'Brien" anyway?

My guess is Edwards is not the father. If he were she would be pushing for a DNA test. She has set this up. The Enquirer story, the payments. She is behind it all.
This woman is a very manipulative person. Edwards is her meal ticket. As long as this thing is "out there" she will continue getting paid.
If there is a DNA test the game will be over. The story will be over. She will be just another sleazy bimbo who slept with a married politician. She wants to milk this for a long time. A DNA test would put an end to the story.
The gullible one is the National Enquirer, I suppose, but they, too, are making money by selling copies of their tabloid with the Edwards "story."
