Joseph Biden wasn't entirely sold on the idea of being Obama's running mate, but since when in this Democratic Party campaign has anybody's will been honored?
There is always the chance of impeachment of Obama if by some remote chance he were to be elected, which won't happen, and Biden would be president that way.
Biden probably should have been the presidential nominee, or at least one of a couple of the original Democratic candidates who should have, but the media, GOP, and corporate America as a whole weren't going to allow it.
