If it's Palin, then McCain is clearly going after the PUMA vote, which he probably has a huge chunk of anyway.
She's young and she's female. However, she doesn't have the geographical strength of Romney. That may not matter when Obama fucks up big time.
If it's Palin, the Democrats will have NO choice but to run Clinton in 2012, since McCain will likely serve just one term.
