More than 8,000 people are in Carson City, Nevada, waiting for Sarah Palin, who has arrived in northern Nevada. Only about 3,500 will be able to actually see her, while the rest will have to be content watching giant screens.
She is expected to arrive in Carson City at 6 p.m. Live streaming is here.
Why the hell they didn't just hold the event in Reno is a mystery to me.
Update: That was one short speech. Sarah and Todd are signing autographs. As I said, if I had a car, I would have gone and left early in the day. Perhaps she will return.
Update 2: An estimated 5,000 were on hand at the rally. Palin spoke for 15 minutes.
