Time was Nevada in general was virtually recession-proof. Now it reminds me of southern Oregon two decades ago, with jobs almost impossible to get. For job search outfits, including those from the state, business couldn't be better.
It used to be the Sunday Reno Gazette-Journal used to have pages upon pages of job listings. Now there are only a couple of columns of listings, if that. Even internet postings, which I mostly look at, are down.
