Of course, that was one of the primary goals of No Child Left Behind, to undercut unions, which are despised by the right. What is hilarious to teachers and former teachers like myself who know the truth about our schools, the unions are in cahoots with the districts; they are next to worthless in defending individual teachers against these sociopaths running our schools and school districts.
