the Schools Matter blog points the reader to an analysis by the United Church of Christ of just what the blackmail scheme called "Race to the Top" by the Obama administration is full of holes and won't do a thing to improve public education.
The conclusions about teacher firings and standardized test scores are nothing new to anybody who is knowledgeable about this issue.
Of course this is whistling in the dark. Our administration is hellbent on destroying public education.
