But Obama has lived in a privileged bubble all his life, has hobnobbed with Ivy League dipshits and thinks that because they are Ivy League graduates, they must be geniuses, even if few or none of them know what in the hell they are even doing. These dipshits like Duncan are making policy based on complete ignorance of issues like public education.
It's a recipe for failure.
