really are no better than the traditionally-run school districts when it comes to questionable relationships.
Let me tell you one thing: If I had a background similar to Black's which was remotely sex-related, I couldn't get hired as a custodian in a public school district, let alone be a "chancellor." Of course Black has many other problems, not least that she is completely unqualified for the job.
