The only one I can think of recently of note is the death of Leonard Stern, 88, who I best remember as being executive producer of the sixties television sitcom, Get Smart and created or co-created the shortlived sitcom from 1966, Run Buddy Run. Stern was credited with originating the so-called "Mad Libs."
Stern died of heart failure.
