An administrative law judge is NOT a real judge. They are typically arbitrators who are basically in bed with school districts. They are paid by the school districts or states and have a vested interest in supporting school districts. Few teachers ever win these rigged proceedings. No doubt a principal wanted to get this teacher out of the way and decided to oust her on trumped-up nonsense. This teacher will likely sue in a real court, probably federal court, and will prevail.
Teachers should NEVER use union attorneys or even avail themselves to these fake "due process" hearings. I know what I am talking about because I, like many teachers, lost my job on trumped-up charges and had my due process rights violated.
I'd like to know how these "reporters" got this information; typically these rigged tribunals are secret and the "awards" are unpublished. I suspect a vindictive school district released the information.

The school district is absolutely filthy and vindictive.
