It took me forever to find how I can automatically break paragraphs, and it is in the options part of the post settings of the new Blogger interface. It just pissed me off I couldn't automatically create paragraphs unless I instructed the interface to do so.
I also need to find out how to use the quote deal without putting in a white background. That drives me batshit, too.
