that are constantly advertising on television but exist solely to scam the federal government on Pell grants and student loans.
In this case, it is merely taxpayer money that is used to finance fraudulent and completely worthless charter "schools" where teachers are overworked and underpaid and where utterly no standards exist.
Let's hope there are far more lawsuits filed against online charters and regular charter schools, which should not exist anyway if funded by taxpayer money:

There should be literally hundreds of lawsuits filed to shut these scams down, both online and brick-and-mortar.
If these schools are really any good, let them operate as regular private schools charging families tuition.
Of course few or none of them would exist without taxpayers footing the bill.
