The defense will continue presenting its side of the case today. Defendant Jodi Arias completed 18 days of testimony and cross-examination yesterday. Prosecutor Juan Martinez was no closer proving murder one than he was when he started out.
I will be surprised if she is convicted of this as a murder one when it falls far, far short. If so, it should be overturned on appeal.
There is NO evidence of premeditation, let alone motive.
