Jess Marlow, 53, also known as Scott Thorson, was arrested by Reno police on Feb. 22 at the Ponderosa Hotel and charged with four counts of first-degree burglary and lesser charges involving the possession and use of a credit, debit or ID card without consent of the cardholder.
The Washoe County District Attorney’s Office confirmed Wednesday that Marlow is scheduled to appear in Reno Justice Court at 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
Marlow, then known as Thorson, became famous for filing a huge palimony suit against his alleged lover Liberace. The case was later settled out of court.
Apparently the settlement and a tell-all book weren't lucrative enough for Thorson to stay out of trouble for the rest of his life.
