It appears petitioners for the recall of four members of the Medford (Oregon) School Board got approval. Here is their message in part from their Facebook page (left off contact information):

We have been approved to start gathering signatures!

Many of you have expressed interest in helping with signature gathering. We are working on organizing that process. Please understand that it is not easy. There are many legal requirements and each circulator must go through a brief training. Signatures pages that do not meet the legal requirements will be disqualified.

The sooner that bunch is booted off and run out of town, the better.
