Granted it wasn't for first-degree or second-degree murder or whatever the hell is the equivalent in South Africa, but at least the judge there didn't completely drop the ball with disgraced Olympian Oscar Pistorius. He was found guilty of "culpable homicide" in the shooting death of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp back in 2013.
His claim was he "accidentally" shot her dead because he mistook her for an intruder when she barricaded herself in the bathroom following a heated argument.
We ALL know intruders always break in through bathroom windows.
