If I didn't read it myself, I wouldn't have believed it:

Troopers say they were called to the home of 52-year-old Douglas Mess in the Wyoming County town of Attica on Monday and told by his son that his father didn't go to work and hadn't been seen since 8 p.m. Sunday.

Police launched an air and ground search and found Mess's body concealed in a mound of manure at the rear of his farm.

Nancy Grace went on a rant tonight about this case. I don't know how she kept from laughing.
