Another day, another case of cops running rogue.
I am coming to the conclusion that these rogue cops are a direct result of some police departments neglecting to do psychological testing on applicants pre-hire as a way to save money, or that they can't find enough applicants for their jobs, thus some unfit people are sneaking in the police force when in times past they would have been rejected on the spot.
