Still sick, with that horrible sinus drainage, so I won't say much today.

We all know that women lose a lot more in marriage than do men. The problem is it is still extremely difficult for women to make it economically if they remain unmarried.
The system is pretty much rigged against them, married or not, but it is worse for the never-married thanks to the advent of two-income households which helped jack up the cost of everything and sexist attitudes about women's work.
