Two big stories--or not--are being swirled around the political drain today. One of these is the prediction that Vice President Joe Biden, 72 pushing 73, is going to throw his hat into the Democratic presidential sweepstakes.
Supposedly he or his aides or whatever are interviewing people to be on his campaign.
In other news or non-news, Democratic presidential candidate Jim Webb is rumored to be considering an independent run, which would not be good for either party.
I can see him siphoning off votes from either party. However, if he is complaining now he doesn't have much time to get his ideas across, running an independent campaign virtually guarantees he will be all but invisible.
