Bush v. Gore was one of the worst USSC decisions in its history, proving to all the world it was nothing but a group of partisan hacks. Fifteen years later, time hasn't changed its dubious status.

You don't have to tell me kindergarten is the new first grade.
I know this first hand. Furthermore, I would argue that all-day kindergarten is absolute torture for these little kids.
Whoever thought of it should be taken out and shot.
