This morning I went to the Jackson County (Oregon) Expo and Fairgrounds for the annual Turkey Trot sponsored by the SORE Runners group. I entered the two-mile jog/walk. I jogged slowly, but I never stopped to walk. The ankle I had injured some four months ago is doing great; I did wear the ankle support just in case. My knee, which gave me a bit of trouble last night, was fine.
I received a medal for having completed it. I am going to keep the plastic on the front of it there:
