Jim Bakker is hoping the coronavirus becomes a plague like in biblical times:

I put this on my blog since Right Wing Watch, a part of People for the American Way, founded by Norman Lear who will be 98 this year, has the day off.

It's batshittery and paranoia run rampant.

Obituary:  Two Kochs down, two more to go as Frederick Koch, 86, the oldest and least known of the infamous Koch brothers, died the other day.  He mostly busied himself with philanthropy and the arts and had little to do with the other brothers.  He has a pass on that score.

He was basically elbowed out of the family business and became somewhat estranged.

In 1986, Koch stood beside Queen Elizabeth II at the opening of the new $2.8 million Swan Theater he had built for the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon in England. The queen thanked the “generous benefactor” but didn’t name him, respecting his wish for privacy.

Olsen said Koch’s entire estate will be used to establish a foundation to promote the study of literature, history and the arts.

At least he did some good in the world. I can't say the same for the brothers, especially the truly evil one, Charles.

Frederick Koch died last Wednesday of heart failure.
