Gavin Newsom can't do much of anything at all; this has to be repealed via the legislature or taken directly to the voters via direct initiative.
This insanity cannot be allowed to continue.

The Robert Durst trial is underway, but it is being stretched out. It wouldn't surprise me if he beats the rap again by dying off at the rate his trial is going.
There hasn't been much news on it since his brother testified a couple of weeks ago that he was scared of his estranged and strange brother.
