Somehow It Is Women's Fault

 There is more handwriting and teeth gnashing over recent reports that the number of men in colleges and universities in the United States is at an all-time low.  I love it when articles keep highlighting the fact women are still going into "low-paid professions."  You know why that is.  Women don't opt for these careers because they are low-paid; they go into them because they are BETTER jobs than the ones men tend to dominate.  They are intrinsically more rewarding jobs.  And we all know, or should, that when women DO dominate an occupation, that pay goes down.  Always.  It is all because of the "family wage" notion that men need the jobs more than women because they have "families to support," while  women are denigrated because it is assumed they have husbands to support them, or will.  Which then becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy that women are forced into marriage--trading sex for financial support--and men benefit from sexual access and free domestic labor.

This is the nasty little truth people don't want to talk about.  Our society is so much hinged on men's alleged "sex right."  The entire economy is rigged against women just so men can get their dicks in.

Another academic, another business prof by the name of Steve Galloway, is going crazy with worry over the gap in colleges. He thinks educated women won't bother with blue collar stiffs, so more and more men will wind up unmarried and pissed off to the point of being dangerous because women, like lower animals, refuse to "mate" with them.  "Mating" is not used with regard to people; this is strictly something that happens with animals other than humans.  When somebody uses a word like "mating" when talking about people, he, and it is almost always a "he," is an evo psych dipshit.  He is denigrating women for having standards for refusing to have anything to do with entitled men.  Furthermore, many educated women are married or have relationships with blue collar men without college educations.  The simple truth is because men are overpaid for jobs in general, they don't need to go to college to survive.  Women do, and even then, because they are denigrated in the workforce, they still have a tough time to survive.

Once again, it is all to buttress the corrupt marriage system men depend on to control women.  Even with a rigged system like this one, more and more women are refusing to have anything to do with marriage and family life.  That is because they know if they do get married, they will have to work PLUS do the shit work at home that men refuse to do because they are too lazy to do it.

Let these dudes like Galloway, Robin Hanson, and Jordan Peterson get all upset.  It isn't going to change a thing.
