Remembering Tony (1996-2010)

Tony (1996-2010) was the first dog I ever had as an adult. A Lhasa Apso, he was from Maryville, Tennessee, and he had been owned by my ex-brother-in-law’s daughter, who didn’t want him anymore. The ex-in-law and my now-deceased sister brought him out west when she had asked me if I wanted a dog. I said yes, and of course I ran it by my landlord in Reno. I received him on May 9, 1999. He passed away at age 14 on August 23, 2010. He had suffered from a seizure, plus he was very old and was almost totally blind by then. His death hit me very hard.
