 I don't think the Eighth Circuit is going to rule for the GOP nitwits in the various states.  How the hell would they have standing at all regarding student loans?

This is all election year posturing,and it ain't gonna work.

The question here is how Adam Laxalt was ever allowed anywhere close to any kind of political office given he was involved in that election denial bullshit.  As it is, this Senate contest in Nevada should not even be close.
