 Of course Biden's student loan forgiveness program is legal.  Even the right-leaning USSC justices like Barrett see it.

Plaintiffs in all the cases have no legal standing to sue.  They are simply frivolous lawsuits, basically grandstanding lawsuits, to score political points with right-wing voters.

After all, the student loan program is federal.  The states have nothing to do with it.
