I wouldn't bet the farm the USSC would see antiabortion statutes as allowing "involuntary servitude."
After all, the majority are nothing more than a bunch of partisan hacks courtesy of the Federalist Society.
Speaking of hacks, that judge out of Texas could well be the worst judge in the entire country. It is possible he will block medicated abortion in this country.
Where were the whack jobs 20 years ago? Now they are giddy with power thinking they can force women back into the home--which is NEVER going to happen.
