Ten years isn't a "significant age gap" unless we are talking about underage girls and that much older men or vice versa. However, Hollywood normalized aberrant age gaps, and it is creating a lot of trouble, especially with men who feel entitled to very young women.
No point trying to sugarcoat it. Women especially are going to get dumped on when the man inevitably gets sick when old and the women are still in midlife or even younger. I have known of such cases. They are not fun.

Yet another reason why US tax rates should be back to 1950s levels. Having too much money screws up with the head, and one doesn't need to look far to see these billionaire weirdos can't differentiate fiction from reality.
