He can't even give Clinton credit for voting the "right" way:

Regarding Clinton, I have no doubt she would've voted incorrectly were she the nominee. She's shown over the past few years that on every controversial "national security" bill, she has voted incorrectly, whether it was the Iraq War authorization bill, the Kyl-Lieberman Iran bill, or plenty of war funding bills. It's easy to vote the right way when you don't have advisors telling you to "take issues off the table" by betraying things like, you know, the Constitution.

Anything than to face the fact he got conned by Obama.

Campaign Crap

NATURALLY the Republicans will call Obama a "liberal," and there a a few silly bloggers who keep harping on his association with Jeremiah Wright and Bill Ayers as "proof" he's a dangerous leftist.

In point of fact, he is quite to the right of mainstream Democratic thinking and is certainly open to many ideas held dear to the Republicans. Regardless, he can't be trusted.

If you're getting huge backing from Wall Street, that says it ALL.

Though Bob Novak is hardly the most reliable source on the planet, he does describe the meeting between Obama and some prominent Clinton fundraisers as "underwhelming," which is an understatement no doubt.

The Nattering Nabobs of the Nutroots.

Because the junior senator from Illinois shows his true colors, some of his most ardent supporters in the nutrootosphere seem shocked he is acting the way he has always acted:

“I don’t think there has been another instance where, in meaningful numbers, his supporters have opposed him like this,” said Glenn Greenwald, a Salon.com writer who opposes Mr. Obama’s new position. “For him to suddenly turn around and endorse this proposal is really a betrayal of what so many of his supporters believed he believed in.”

Jane Hamsher, a liberal blogger who also opposes immunity for the phone companies, said she had been flooded with messages from Obama supporters frustrated with his new stance.

“The opposition to Obama’s position among his supporters is very widespread,” said Ms. Hamsher, founder of the Web site firedoglake.com. “His promise to filibuster earlier in the year, and the decision to switch on that is seen as a real character problem. I know people who are really very big Obama supporters are very disillusioned.”

Too bad, so sad you dumb shits. There were far better candidates than Obama, but the nutroots fell hook, line, and sinker for this fraud and the 24/7 media propaganda, mostly because of some erroneously perceived idea he is against the Iraq War.

I will sure be glad when the Democratic Party can be purged of these idiots.

"He damned well better take it," meaning a second chance at FISA.

Well, you idiot, Obama ISN'T a Democrat. But you were too busy trashing Hillary Clinton to notice.

looking at the Olbermann clips for a while, and it appears I didn't miss anything when last night he had on as his guest Markos Moulitsas Zuniga or whatever the hell his name is, also known by his ugly orange blog, Daily Kos, talking about Obama and FISA, as if Kos is any kind of expert on anything:




Funny Olbermann didn't disclose he has blogged over there at the site, perhaps the only place where he is admired anymore.

Well, DUH, Paul Krugman.

The fact Obama was talking about "let's-all-get-along" hogwash with members of the opposing party who don't believe in any kind of compromise should have been a tip-off long ago, Paul, about this sham candidate. Social Security privatization, tort reform, merit pay for teachers, admiration for Ronald Reagan, dubious associations including possible illegal activity on his part, advisers who are the same type of people who have sold this country down the river the past twenty-five years, all of these are just a few tip-offs of what an Obama administration would look like.

All of these things were out there for anybody with any sense to research.

The nutroots are in a tizzy because their hero, the right-leaning or libertarian "Democrat," Barack Obama, announced his support for FISA.

Note the stand of some prominent Obama Kool-Aid drinkers:

Sens. Christopher Dodd (D-Conn.) and Russ Feingold (D-Wisc.) continue to oppose the new legislation, as does Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.). All Obama backers in the primary, those senior lawmakers contend that the new version of the FISA law -- crafted after four months of intense negotiations between White House aides and congressional leaders -- provides insufficient court review of the pending 40 lawsuits against the telecommunications companies alleging privacy invasion for their participation in a warrantless wiretapping program after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

"The immunity outcome is predetermined," Feingold wrote in a memo today.

You know, you dumb shit "progressive" bloggers, if you had done your goddamned research about Barack Obama and IGNORED the media propaganda surrounding him from the get-go, you would have KNOWN he was no liberal and realized ANY of the other five main Democratic candidates running for president this season were better than him. NOW you dumb shits are all upset when he acts the way he's always acted.

We may actually witness a bizarre spectacle of John McCain moving to the "left" of Obama, if Obama is allowed to be the Democratic nominee for president. Obama has already shredded what little credibility he had regarding campaign finance.
