Well, if he means more jobs for investment firms, yacht sellers, Mercedes-Benz dealerships and others which benefit from the largesse of people with too much money, he might be right. Otherwise, forget it. Giving money to people who don't need it isn't going to help the short and long term unemployed one bit.
