once again waffles in his attempt to branch out of the "liberal" ghetto he's gotten himself into. This time it's Cuba and the embargo against it. Dean was for easing the embargo restrictions, and now he's against it, in an attempt to win the Florida primary, no doubt, from the likes of Bob Graham and John Edwards.
It can't be because Dean actually thinks he could possibly carry the state in the general were he to be the nominee by pandering the Cuban community. The Rovians would once again eat him alive.
How many issues has Dean flip-flopped on now?
