Martis Creek Wildlife Area.

Here is a picture of the meadow.

I left this morning to go to the Truckee, California, area, where there are many hiking trails. At first I was going to hike the Mount Judah Loop Trail, but as I hiked up the rocky switchbacks, I started getting vertigo. I thought no way was I going to risk falling hundreds of feet to my death, so I returned back to my car. I decided instead to go to the Martis Creek Wildlife Area, which is on Highway 267 to Lake Tahoe, about four miles from I80. It is a flat meadow with a little creek and many wildflowers. There are about four miles of trails. The first picture is of Martis Creek.
