It Was Inevitable

after the scandal surrounding the Suleman octuplets that there would be proposals to regulate IVF. I don't care much about the right-to-life people being involved in this particular matter, but I don't care about that. It's about time some limits were put on the procedure.

This isn't about "choice" but about the right of children to be brought up in the best possible circumstances and about preventing extreme multiple births (which often result in birth defects) which can result from implantation of too many embryos.

In the old days, women who couldn't have children had to adopt, but now there is this entitlement mentality which has perverted the notion of "choice." There is NO right to IVF or other artificial means of having children.
